NTA UGC NET Exam form Apply Online 2021 – National Testing Agency NTA has required for online Application for UGC NET May Examination  2021.
The Candidates who are eligible may apply online for this Examination. interested Candidates are advised to read full notification before  Applying Online. all the required Notification and Important Links for Applying  Are Provided Below.

  • Correction Date- 05-09 March 2021
  • Admit Card Avilable – April 2021
  • Online Exam Date – 02 to 17 May 2021

  • Passed/Appearing Master degree In the Related Subjects With At Least 55% Marks.

  • JRF: Max Age- 30 Years
  • NET: No Age limit
  • Age Relaxation As Per Extra Rules

About UGC NET May 2021 Examination

The December 2020 Cycle (May 2021) of UGC NET will be conducted in Computer
Based Test (CBT) mode in multi shifts as per the time schedule specified in the
Information at a glance, in the Subjects given at Annexure -II in selected Cities spread
across the Country (Annexure -III)

Mode Of Examination

The Examination shall be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only.

Pattern  Of Examination

The Test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will consist of objective type, multiple choice questions. There will be no break between papers.

Subject & Syllabus Of Test

The List of Subjects and their Codes for December 2020 Cycle (May 2021) of UGC NET are given at Annexure-II. The candidates may note that the syllabus has been modified and the new syllabus applicable from June 2019 onwards has also been notified through a Public Notice on NTA website.

Medium Of Question Paper

i) The medium of Question Paper shall be in English & Hindi only.
ii) Option of medium of Question Paper should be carefully chosen by the
Candidate, while filling the Application Form online. The option once
exercised cannot be changed.
iii) Candidates opting for Hindi medium in the Application Form will be given
bilingual paper, but candidates opting for English medium will be given
English version only.
iv) Candidates are required to answer in the medium as per option exercised
in the Application Form.
v) In case of any ambiguity in translation/construction of a question in the
exam, its English version shall be treated as final and the decision of NTA
shall be final in this regard

Marking Scheme

i) Each question carries 02 (two) marks.
ii) For each correct response, candidate will get 02 (two) marks.
iii) There is no negative marking for incorrect response.
iv) No marks will be given for questions un-answered/un-attempted/marked for
Review.
v) To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose one option as correct
option.
vi) If a question is found to be incorrect/ambiguous during the Key Challenge,
only those candidates who have attempted the question and chosen one of
the correct answers would be given the credit. Only for dropped question(s),
if any, marks will be given to all the candidates.
vii) In case a Question is dropped due to some technical error, full marks shall
be given to the candidates who have attempted it
